Congrats on having the surgery behind you!

As for your impatience regarding your need for bigger jeans today in order to get into smaller jeans tomorrow, the situation mirrors that of recovery from cancer treatment: patients need patience AND patients may need to get sicker in order to get better.

Hope helps you do what you need to do through the lousy parts of the journey. So, go ahead and peek at those slim jeans hanging in the back of your closet as often as needed to keep up your hopes of a complete recovery.

With hope, Wendy
