		<description>Very cool.  My youngest son swims on a swim team and once each summer his team does a Swim for Cancer event that benefits the American Cancer Society. Last year, I was asked (along with another cancer-survivor Mom) to do the inaugural lap. Oh my goodness...I work out regularly but I don&#039;t &quot;swim.&quot; Let me just say that I gained a lot of appreciation for the swimmers on my son&#039;s team :)</description>
