I love it. And while we may not be the SAME, I feel like I could write every single word of what you wrote! I, too, haven’t found one single person with my same diagnosis:
Married, age 30 at diagnosis, 3 kids (13, 11, 4 at the time)
Stage3, Grade 3, ER+/PR+ HER2+, 2.1cm, 5/10 lymph nodes.
Lumpectomy x3, axillary dissection, complete hysterectomy, 4 1/2 months chemotherapy, radiation, Herceptin for one year.
Now I’m on Femara, and am taking Effexor XR to help manage the wicked hot flashes…and probably the moody symptoms, too;-) It’s crazy to think out of all the survivors out there, that it is so hard to find two that are the same. Great article!
